We are assembling a project management team with experience in industrial projects for the Kotka cathode active material (CAM) plant -project. As this is an international project, you must also have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, which is the language of the project.

Construction Operations
Project Manager
You will have overall responsibility for project implementation, schedule and budget management, and cooperation with the client. You will manage the operational activities of the site, coordinate the project team and be responsible for the success of the project in line with the objectives.
Site Area Manager
You will be responsible for the execution of a specific site area, leading your site
management team and supervising the timing, quality and safety of the construction of your site. You will act as a contact person between subcontractors in your area and the rest of the project organization.
Site Foreman / Supervisor
You will supervise the day-to-day work on the site, monitor the progress and quality of the work and be responsible for organising the work according to the schedule. You will ensure the safety and efficient working conditions of workers.
Project Engineer
You will provide technical support to the site, assist in the preparation and monitoring of schedules, manage documentation and participate in the coordination of planning. You will act as a link between site and design and support the project manager in technical matters.

Design Management
MEP Manager (for design)
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the building services engineering (HVAC) plans for the project, ensuring their compatibility with other plans and project requirements. You will act as an expert and contact person between the building services engineering design and production.
Building Services Supervisor
We are seeking a professional in electrical, HVAC, and building automation. The Building Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the technical systems in the construction project, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the plans and regulatory requirements. The role includes quality control, schedule monitoring, and cost management. The supervisor also reviews invoice eligibility and ensures that contract milestones are met. Additionally, the position involves supporting tasks related to design coordination and procurement.
Environment and Safety / HSE
HSE Manager
You will be responsible for managing safety, health and environmental issues on site, developing and implementing HSE plans and monitoring compliance on site. You will lead the development of a safety culture and act as contact person with the authorities and other parties.
